Lisa is a nonprofit professional with experience in leadership, multicultural marketing, strategic planning, project management, event planning, and community engagement. She holds a B.A. from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in Spanish and French Translation & Interpretation. She has served on a variety of nonprofit boards and committees. In 2025, Lisa led the Lincoln/Lancaster County Welcoming & Belonging Strategic Plan effort to earn Lincoln a Four Star Certified Welcoming designation from Welcoming America.
